Bangou
Bangou
Bangou is a collection of number-based puzzle systems built around one simple idea:
Partition. Connect. Solve.
Every mode explores a different way of thinking with numbers on a grid. Some are calm and strategic. Others are fast and reactive. All are built around clarity, logic, and precision.
This is an early prototype / vertical slice build. Feedback is welcome.
Core Modes
Weave
A 4×4 grid with four target numbers.
Partition the entire board into four connected groups so that each group matches one target. Every tile must be used exactly once.
Weave 3
Using the same board and targets, discover three completely different full-board solutions.
Weave 5
Find five distinct valid partitions on a single configuration.
Layers
Clear stacked coloured layers of tiles.
Match adjacent tiles across layers to hit a target number.
A layer only disappears when all tiles in that layer are removed.
Shapes
Colour predefined shapes by connecting adjacent tiles to match each target.
Solve the level to complete it. Use every tile exactly once to master it.
Rush
A 4×4 timed mode.
Match tiles to hit the current target while incorporating a cycling special tile.
Maintain the colour sequence to extend your time and build momentum.
Design Philosophy
Bangou is designed to feel calm, focused, and deliberate.
Minimal interface. Clean colour systems. Logic-driven play.
Each mode explores a different constraint built from the same core number mechanic.
Status
This is an active development build.
Audio and visual polish are minimal.
All gameplay systems are functional.
Feedback on clarity, difficulty, and overall feel is appreciated.
